DJing since 1990 beginning with Hip Hop, Acid House, Bleeps, Breakbeat and Techno . In 1994 he hooked up with infamous London sound system “JIBA” honing his scratching and mixing style for which he is now known. After long stints as manager of Trackheads & Dragon Discs record shops in Camden, London, he still strives to sniff out exciting new (and old) tracks to add to his sets while never paying attention to current trends.

If you ever wanted to attend one of his amazing Don’t parties that he hosts in London tonight it’s your opportunity to experience his music.

It has also gone from being a luxury warmup to a name with its own right, recognized a couple of seasons as one of the DJs that should be given more attention according to FACT Magazine.
For the last 4 years, he has combined his role as DJ with that of Label Manager in his initiation in the recording industry, co- founding Polybius Trax and Clásicos Del Ruido.
At the moment and after his departure from both labels, he’s preparing his premiere in the musical production, hand to hand with Manel Ruiz aka Sistema / NLK / 6tma, in a new project that will soon come to light.
Underground and multidisciplinary shaker, Gus Van Sound is much more than a DJ.
