Carles Benedet (Kreuzberg.bcn)

Carles Benedet began his musical career in a rock group called “33cl”. He started as an instrumentalist, and has acquired absolute knowledge of various instruments such as drums, acoustic guitar, electric and classical , piano and other percussion instruments. Now he is a self taught, fully formed musician with great ability to improvise freely and both on stage and in the studio.
After dissolution of the group caused by musical differences and with the rise of electronic boom in the 90s, Carles opened for new musical styles: Mixture of Acid techno with a distinct style, melodic electronica – influenced by alternative rock, Big Beat, IDM and a Post-rock experimental.
The production of his electronic sounds is greatly influenced by the rhythms that occur in one of the most important clubs in the Barcelona music scene: Moog
